Online Bridal Party Challenges
Think of it as your own wedding party fitness community, where everyone provide support for each other while they are going through the same 12 week exercise and nutrition challenges. Lower cost option if you want to provide exercise programs for all of your wedding party members.
Bridal Party Small Group Training
You can also chose small group training option where you can go through the 12 week fitness program together with your future husband, mother-in-law, maid of honor or bridesmaids. Bridal Bootcamp Classes
Bridal Bootcamp Classes are fun bridal party event that brings friends and family together as they overcome physical and mental challenges. The group class provides friendly competition and support group that increases the retention and results. It combines strength and endurance elements that will sculpt your body and shed fat. It is suitable for all fitness levels.
